What is the typical lead time for Made-to-Order items?
Most Made-to-Order garments, including our custom trousers and shirting, typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your unique piece is completed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What is your return policy for ready-to-wear collections?
Unworn and unwashed ready-to-wear items with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Please note that custom and Made-to-Order items are final sale.
How do I ensure I select the correct size?
We provide detailed measurement charts for every product page. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar garment you already own that fits well. Our team is also available for personalized fit consultations via email.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders for in-stock items can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. For Made-to-Order items, changes must be requested within 24 hours before the production process begins.
